Apologies for the absence, but life just took over.

In this instance, I am presenting you with a double (or rather, triple) treat: a recent article and a previous study regarding our government's long-standing federal medicinal marijuana program! Yes, it is still operational, though only one participant remains after the withdrawal of a participant due to the poor quality of the government-provided marijuana.

The older study from 2002 is titled “Chronic Cannabis Use in the Compassionate Investigational New Drug Program”.

According to a recent study, Federally approved research marijuana is 'very similar' to what's found in commercial markets, but some scientists remain skeptical.

This new research, led by one of the few individuals authorised by the government to cultivate marijuana for research, suggests that the cannabis available nationwide is "essentially identical" in terms of its primary cannabinoid content. The study asserts that genetic factors, rather than regional growing variations, primarily shape the chemical composition of the plant.

The report claims that the cannabinoid profile of all high Δ9-THC cannabis samples, irrespective of the state or region of seizure or the state under which the sample is produced for a medical marijuana program, is essentially identical, with analysed samples averaging between 10 percent and 20 percent THC.

Meanwhile, I'm enjoying some legal, tested cannabis from California, which is labelled as containing 38.8% THC.

    Cheers,
    Granny

You're referring to the ruling authorities, right? Those overly fortunate individuals who behave irrationally. It's pleasant to encounter you again.

Apologies for my absence, life just got in the way.

This time, I'm offering you two, scratch that, three pieces of information: a recent article and an old research regarding our government's long-standing Federal Medical Marijuana Program! (Yes, it is still operational, albeit with only one remaining patient after Elvy Musikka quit due to the subpar quality of the government-supplied product!)

Here's a classic from 2002, “Chronic Cannabis Use in the Compassionate Investigational New Drug Program”

The study claims that the government-approved research marijuana is very similar to what's commercially available. However, there's some debate in the scientific community about this.

The study, led by one of the few individuals authorised by the government to cultivate marijuana for research, argues that the cannabis available nationwide is essentially identical in terms of its primary cannabinoid content. This similarity, the paper argues, is due to genetic factors rather than regional growing differences.

In the meantime, I'm enjoying some legally procured, tested cannabis from California, which is labelled as having a 38.8% THC content.

        Welcome back, and thanks!

The automated moderator blocked me from sharing the third link, so here's the concluding part of my message-

Additionally, as I referred to a delightful woman I encountered a few years ago, it seems fitting to include this-

The number of Federal Cannabis Patients is down to one as this individual departs from the IND Program (news - 2021)
